So often today we, as a leader, have people lining up our desk waiting for an answer, and we’re not giving them our full attention.
When you’re having a conversation with your staff genuinely listen to them, be aware of who they are as a person, foster authentic relationships with them and be aware of their strengths.
By doing this and being present in every interaction and every meeting, you’re going to cultivate a stronger, happier team and be a better leader.
