Our team led by Managing Director and Founder, Christopher Whitnall, is passionate and committed to our business.

In 2018 talkforce group established its government specialist business through the acquisition of Training and Coaching Solutions – a public sector training company operating since 1991.

While talkforce has traditionally served the corporate sector from the most senior levels of Boards and Executive teams through to the first levels of management – the Training and Coaching Solutions business is a government and public sector specialist with its programs developed to meet those needs from the entry level through to senior management in government organisations.

The Training and Coaching Solutions team have developed and customised a comprehensive catalogue of training workshops to assist Government Agencies achieve optimum outcomes for their employees.

A significant strand of our talkforce DNA is being conscious of the bigger picture and greater world we all live in. This starts with our leaders at talkforce who donate significant chunks of their work and personal time to community partnerships which align to our values. Multicultural Australia, the Reach Foundation, WEAVE, Reach Out Australia and Sport NSW are all organisations in which our leaders play significant roles. Furthermore, our socially conscious behaviours permeate right through our people where our team are always thinking of the environment including our new talkforce reusable keep-cups for our daily coffees to always looking to minimise our office printing and waste.

At talkforce we’re very proud and excited to be on a journey of reconciliation to build relationships, respect and opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander Australian. We’re working closely with Reconciliation Australia to have our Reconciliation Action Plan endorsed. This helps to give us a framework to play, all be it a small role, in the bigger picture of social change and economic opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders.
