How do Leaders motivate Teams?
Christopher Whitnall: There’s a number of ways in which a leader can motivate their team.
One of the ways is that they need to understand what motivates the people in the team: That some people are driven by intrinsic thinks. That is, they are driven by doing a good job or setting their own standards. Others are motivated extrinsically.
So it is important that a leader will know what are the different elements that motivate people in their teams.
I think it is also important that the leader sets the goals for people. It also is important that the leader that the leader is leading by example and also is involved in supporting the team to achieve the goals that they are trying to achieve.
I think those are some of the elements that allow a leader to motivate their people.
