A significant strand of our talkforce DNA is being conscious of the bigger picture and greater world we all live in. This starts with our leaders at talkforce who donate significant chunks of their work and personal time to community partnerships which align to our values. Multicultural Australia, the Reach Foundation, WEAVE, Reach Out Australia and Sport NSW are all organisations in which our leaders play significant roles. Furthermore, our socially conscious behaviours permeate right through our people where our team are always thinking of the environment including our new talkforce reusable keep-cups for our daily coffees to always looking to minimise our office printing and waste.

At talkforce we’re very proud and excited to be on a journey of reconciliation to build relationships, respect and opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander Australian. We’re working closely with Reconciliation Australia to have our Reconciliation Action Plan endorsed. This helps to give us a framework to play, all be it a small role, in the bigger picture of social change and economic opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders.
